When Katie and Jake told me they wanted me to shoot their engagement pictures at the ECU baseball field, I was pretty excited! But, when I arrived there and saw their names, along with their wedding date, on the ECU scoreboard, I was thrilled! I mean, how cool is that?! I guess that's just one of the perks of being a former ECU baseball player... they had the hook up!

Yep, I admit it... I've been really bad about blogging lately! But... better late than never right???? So, here are a few pics from JoAnna and Will's Engagement session! What a fun couple they were, and they had the cutest little dogs ever! The dogs were so well behaved and loved to pose for the camera! What more could a photographer ask for?!

It's always nice to shoot a wedding where you can tell that the bride and groom are truly in love... and that's just how it was at Phillip and Rachel's wedding! Every little thing they did or said showed just how much they loved each other. They were such a sweet couple and I am so happy that we had the privilege of photographing their beautiful day.

So Sunday, we made plans to shoot Julie and Adam's engagement session, but when we woke up Sunday morning, the weather was so nasty! We decided to reschedule the shoot for the next day in hopes that the weather would be nicer. But guess what... it wasn't! Sunday evening ended up being BEAUTIFUL, and Monday was super windy! But, even though it felt like a hurricane was on the brink Monday when we did their engagement session, we were still able to get some great shots! Poor Julie... I know she was freezing... but you would never be able to tell from the pictures! She was a trooper!
